November 10 is the proposal deadline for research groups supported by the Humanities Center. Research groups are one of the best things the Humanities Center sponsors, and this is the time of year when we take single- or multi- (i.e., three-) year proposals. These proposals must include:
- a rationale
- a list of prospective group members
- a list of research outcomes (that is, substantive projects individuals hope to complete as a function of their involvement in the group)
- an itemized (if still somewhat general) budget
Groups may consist of individuals across a department, across the college, across multiple colleges, or even across multiple universities. Please speak with Rex Nielson if you’re interested in forming a group.
