Brian Roberts will be presenting for the Humanities Center’s weekly colloquium on Thursday, March 24th @ 3:00 PM in room 4010 JFSB. He will be discussing his new co-edited book, “Archipelagic American Studies: Decontinentalizing the Study of American Culture,” (forthcoming from Duke University Press, 2017) and his in-progress single-author book, tentatively titled “Archipelagic States of America: Approaching US Culture after the Continent.”
His title will be The Idea of America and the Idea of an Archipelago.
